Vitality+ is a continuation of the progress you’ve made through Morlen Health’s Home-Based Pulmonary Rehabilitation program. Designed exclusively for our graduates, Vitality+ offers ongoing virtual exercise classes to help you maintain and build upon the gains achieved during your rehabilitation. By staying active and connected, you can continue to strengthen your lungs, improve your endurance, and support your long-term health. Enrollment is currently limited to individuals who have completed Morlen Health’s pulmonary rehabilitation program.
Through live, instructor-led classes, Vitality+ gives you the structure, support, and motivation you need to maintain your progress and build on the gains you worked so hard to achieve. What does membership include?
Membership includes unlimited access to our live, virtual exercise classes led by certified Exercise Physiologists, focused on helping you maintain and build on the progress you made in pulmonary rehab.
How do I sign up?
Enrollment is self-service through our website. You’ll be asked to create an account and select a membership plan.
How much does a Vitality+ Pulmonary Rehab Maintenance membership cost?
Membership is $20 per month, providing access to all available classes. There is no long-term commitment – you can cancel anytime.
What do I need for class?
A stable internet connection, a device capable of running Zoom, a safe space to move, and a positive attitude!
Do I have to attend a certain number of classes?
No. Participation is flexible – you can attend as many or as few classes as you like each month.
Will someone help me if I have trouble signing up or joining classes?
Yes. Although the process is intended to be self-service, we are happy to assist members who need help with enrollment or accessing classes.
What if I graduated from PR a while ago? Can I still join?
Yes! Whether you recently graduated or it’s been a while, you’re welcome to join.
Can I join if I did my PR program somewhere else?
At this time, enrollment is limited to graduates of Morlen Health’s Home-Based Pulmonary Rehabilitation program. We hope to expand eligibility in the future.
Is this considered medical treatment?
No. Vitality+ is a wellness program, not a clinical service. Participation is voluntary and not part of a medical treatment plan.
Will Vitality+ eventually be open to graduates of other pulmonary rehab programs?
We plan to revisit eligibility criteria in the future as we expand the program. At this time, it is limited to graduates of Morlen Health’s program.
